PAH qheat does not converge

Description

attached sim announces large number of qheat convergence failures starting in zone 9 Sample error message results:

PROBLEM qheat did not converge grain pah-bt9401 in zone 973, error code = 14 PROBLEM qheat did not converge grain pah-bt9401 in zone 974, error code = 14 PROBLEM qheat did not converge grain pah-bt9401 in zone 975, error code = 14

should these convergence failures have called ConvFail?? The calculation would have aborted after n failures in that case.

curious that it is always the one size bin.
