rename grains_conserve.in to grains_conserve_pp.in since this is plane parallel

create grains_conserve_sp.in to test highly diluted case
(neither sim passes the asserted quantities with the trunk)

prt_zone.cpp - adjust printed temperatures for incident and diffuse continuum, also print total temperature of all radiation
