atom_hyperfine - bugfix - did not set intensity in 21 cm line - only reported 21 cm spin temperature, which is OK, but never tested the 21 cm intensity.

cool_eval.cpp - bugfix - 21 cm collision strengths were zero if not reset due to temperature change - vars should have been static

ism_set_cr_rate.in - assert intensities of two hyperfine structure lines, 21 cm and one other
