this test exposes the bug in ticket #37, very large Av models do not conserve energy.

The incident radiation field is a true STE blackbody at 500K. Sphere is set to all emission is outward. The grain temperature should be exactly 500K across the model. It falls to about 400K. Energy is not conserved, it has been lost.

this sim runs quickly and would be useful for tracking down the bug.
